Are these brakes-only, or shifters with paddle things removed? If only brakes, what are they for?

Brakes only Skully, they're for your nice lightweight carbon singlespeed and ting or winter fixed training bike, or any other of silly gearless bicycle you could dream up.

How much did the levers sell for? Just need to work out if I'm gutted I missed them or if I can console myself that in that I couldn't afford them!
