They charge £15 to unlock. I have no idea why they would try to change you onto an older handset. That seems weird

£15?? O2 does it for free. Sometimes with these charges, if you insist to speak to a supervisor or something or do what I do best; to threaten to leave, they might waive the fees. Oh yes, I have done it many time. Good luck with the sale Sandy.
