I'm sure the sticking brake could be attended to at Westies beers on a Thursday - Murtle always has a hammer around to "adjust " things.
The sticking brake might just need a new inner and outer cable....so you may need to be prepared to bring one, or be told that's what needs fixing....
Hub rebuild and beer don't go together though....

If only I could make beers - but I need to get back to north east london to put children to bed.
I have an internal cable routing so it is gunk in there that needs cleaning out, I cleaned everything but that myself on Sunday but no joy. Just do not have anything thin enough to push through it.

I need something more convenient than my local bike shop. I am never near to it during opening hours Monday to Friday and only have time after about 2pm on Saturday's to drop the bike off. Then I would have to wait a week to get it back......

Dan at
http://www.mobilecycleservice.co.uk/
I used him a couple of years ago.
thanks - was thinking about this & asked for reccomendations on another forum....but no replies as yet.
they seem to be very competitive in price.
Someone to service my bike in Hammersmith / Fulham. Hubs need servicing and rear brake is sticking. Would be great if it could be done in business hours / same day / or at most an overnight stay.....
