London to Monte Carlo 03-09-11 to 11-09-11

I am off on my ride to Monte Carlo at a foolishly early time tomorrow. I hope to survive the Alpe d'Huez, Col de la Bonnette and Galibier and 960 miles of riding. If I do, I will be posting links to the blog that I am writing. If not, it's been an experience knowing you all.

Six days and 700 miles done. Arrived too late in the day to attempt Alpe d'Huez which is probably just as well as I would still have been climbing now. Only three days to go and the last one is relatively easy.
