Thought it'd be interesting to see how often we all fall off our bikes, I 'play' polo so I fall off all the time, but what about those times when we don't mean to fall off? Hmmm? I'll start...

I was on the way home from a 'band meeting' on Wednesday night and while admiring a gorgeous fox* that was walking along the pavement I soon found myself arse over tit in the middle of the road... I was a little 'tired and emotional' at the time, so it was my own fault...

I haven't taken a non-polo related spill in a while. That being said, I will at some point. It's not if, but when.

The last one I remember was riding from polo to the Orwell. I was hitching a ride on Max (I think) when a gap closed, my bars ended up getting caught on something or other and flipped to the left throwing me into a parked van.

I saw Max ride straight into a "hidden" curb in Barcelona. That was a pretty interesting crash.

Actually, when in Amsterdam last year I was constantly almost taking myself off on curbs coming around corners. Was weird.

one fine saturday morning in the salad and ranch dressing days of 2006 i managed to ride all the way from tuffnel park to great marlborough street without coming to a full stop a once! GMS is busy tho so stop i did at the ped xing outside liberties. it was also the first time i'd ridden with cleats...

Did the exact same thing next to clapham common tube at night - big pedestrian crossing appeared out of nowhere and stopped my bike dead.

No. Do not want. Ranch is not very nice. It's something people who don't like vegetables cover vegetables in to mask the taste. "Mmm, carrot stick. Where's the ranch?"
