Please help for my new build

i have got british track frame from pistoffoski (http://www.lfgss.com/thread70647.html) and try to do the new build with all black parts. the look that i need is not important as long as it look simple and abit vintage. the more important thing is i need it as light as it can be, more funtional and durable as i need to use it for 25k, every day use. price is also concerned as i got around £500-600 (frame is £200 already), it can be abit more if to acheive what i am after. parts that i am thinking to use is below, advice is the most wellcome.

crankset:
i think of BLB classic pista black, cannot really think of anything in the classic look..?

wheels:
got a couple of choices

1. nevigator pista clincher (does it gonna have a problem with the brake?)
   
2. black set from v-sprint
   
3. blb hubs with velocity rims (should be the most expensive choice)
   
   

bar&stem
i have got nitto jaguar stem but still thinking about the bar, think of using mavic black persuit bar but never use it before is it feeling more controlable than track drop?

seatpost&seat
i have no idea at all about black seatpost, please recommend. i am thinking of black rolls, is it comfy in the long ride?

For part arguments there are threads on saddles, wheelsets, bars and cranks. you just need to have a look around and use the search function. If you want to stretch your budget further, then the classifieds can be a good place to look for nicer stuff, gently loved, for less than retail. Good luck.

by the way, if anyone have an experience about nevigator pista clincher, please share. i think it look good but not sure that it is suitable for the road. thank you.
