Nitto B123AA, 38cm, blue - worn anodizing on the tops from my sweaty paws and scratches on the right hand side where I had a SPD fail once (which you could easily cover with bar tape). Pair of 'Black chilli' Continental GP4000s tyres (use a special 'nano' compound to increase life and reduce rolling resistance. Apparently). Used on my road bike as a stop gap. Have to admit I'm not a fan of Contis but I was fairly impressed by these. Plenty of life left if you like Conti's - £15~~

With the greatest of respect - if you have to ask, you will clearly never know.

The padding doesn't add much in terms of comfort (how much is arguable, but somewhere between no extra comfort and a bit is the general assessment) plus it's lighter without (122g) and looks mean. Good for stealth bikes...

Price drops on Goldfinger (now £7) and bars (now £35).

Price drop on Nitto stem, now £40 if you pick it up.

No interest on bars/Goldfinger so far. Too much? Those bars cost £90+ new, the Goldfingers are at least £16 new, the Golfinger's in good nick too. Hmm...
