Get a Ken!
http://www.kenevansframes.com/index.htm
Perkins still makes frames occassionally, but think it's only a hobby for people he knows.

My girlfriend has got a bob farleigh (farley). The geometry is ludicrous. I havent been able to find out much info about him or even know if he is still building.

Little Fish
but really... Baum.Little Fish? Suzy J hasn't branched out into production has she?
Last time I posted on aus.bicycle I think she'd just snapped one of her first builds.
Her posts about the build process and stuff like decal production were great - she went to lots of trouble. -

I don't think so... But the track frame looks high quality for sure.
Sheeeeeet headbadges though.

My old coach used to ride one of these. I believe they do mostly custom track stuff plus the OTP.

why is it a shame?
-
• #23
Baum, also Baum and maybe check out Baum. Wish I could afford one
-
• #24
me i like/prefer reynolds, that why..... i find columbus a bit stiff and harsh, i tour not race !
-

2 frames of identical tube dimensions/butting/construction. one reynolds and one any other tubing manufacturer (true-temper/deda/columbus etc) and your easily led mind wouldn't be able to tell one from the other.
a good builder could make you a "stiff and harsh" frame from oversize 853 if you wanted.
seems odd to dismiss 3/4 of available tubing because of some spurious internet myth.
do any of the antipodean forum members ( or any other nationalities ) know of any good custom steel cycle/frame makers in the melbourne region ??
