24th September - 3rd Annual Great Sawston Cycle Saunter

we' re running the sponsored bike ride again this year - again to raise funds for jimmys nightshelter.
date is 17th september (saturday) starting anythime after 8am and finishing at 5pm. cakes afterwards in the cafe.....
luca, joe, types (i think) and his partner kindly turned up last year.
we raised nearly £2k which isn't bad.
the circuit is the same as last year but we've included a smaller inner lap for the more "leisurely" rider.

any reason why we couldn't do it another day and still raise the moolah? it's a lovely circuit and if it was anything like last year it'll be a great day for a bike ride. lets do 100 miles this time!

types - didn't get to meet you last year - was knackered trying to catch Luca. 4 laps and i was done and dusted
i can't see any reason why you couldn't do it on another day - rev bruce would be pleased.
please pass this info on to anyone who would like to do the ride - even the casual

just gauging reaction as quite a few people who did it last year can't do it this year.....
