Just the condition of the house, public areas, location/immediate neighbours really- I think you would be challenged to find anything for the same money, let alone something nice.

Average rents are around the £500 per room mark, with no guarantee of what you are going to get in terms of luncatic housemates, burglarious neighbours and so forth.

The area is great. Loads of decent pubs, restaurants, choo choo from Denmark Hill is fairly regular.
