Wanted: Shimano groupset

Hi, im after a shimano Ultegra groupset or similar.
I'm building up a 1990s road bike which would've originally i think had a 600/Ultegra groupset. I'd like to build it up with an upgrade to sti shifters, so any shimano sti groupset really.
Although I'd love to get hold of one with the grey style finish that was the style on 1990s road bikes.
