Putting frontbrake on Cinelli Mash

So Ive finally decided to put a brake on my cinelli mash. Theres this cap in the hole thats been painted over and I cant get it out. Ive tried to pop it out with an allen key - didnt work.
Anyone who has removed the cap before? I wanna make sure theres a better way than drilling.

Ive seen that link before. They say you can simply punch it out from the inside, which Ive tried. Unfortunately the plug didnt move at all.

well punching it isnt going to do any good is it?

What did you try punching it out with? Your hand on the end of the allenkey?

A hammer and an allenkey. I thought about cutting the paint around the plug with a sharp knife, dont know if thats useful.

No, you have to drill it out. Be careful, i'm hesitant to do mine in fear of ruining the carbon.

I still dont get whats your problem with a new member asking a technical related question. Neither have I asked a question that has been asked a zillion times before, nor have I been impolite. My English might not be the best since Im not from the UK, but Im trying to make myself clear. If this forum is all about posting funny pictures or making useless, even though funny comments in order to point out how stupid the question is then it is missing the point of a forum in the first place.
