For Sale: Blue Gazelle Champion Mondial AA

Looking to sell my beloved Gazelle. I bought it on here last year but I'm not getting enough use out of it so the time has come for it to go to a better more deserved home.

As Simplex NL said, "It has all marks of the high quality Gazelle's, specially the chrome fork, engraved forkcrown and brakebridge and the braze on for the competitionnumber. It has some very light and small marks of use only. The chrome is in a nice condition. Unfortunately only the brake levers are not the original Suntours but are changed for Shim**o 600 aero models.

It has a 2x5 gear now, but easy to change to more gears.

Suntour Superbe: crankset, rear mech, brake calipers, hubs,
Suntour Mistral: front mech
Campagnolo: shifters and headset
Shimano: BB

Mavic aluminium rims with Kenda tires

saddle: Rolls white"

Very rare bike. All parts are ok and in perfect condition.

It does have a scratch on the top tube from my lock, annoying but aside from that its pristine, amazing when u consider its from about 1989 or 1990.
Its got a different saddle now, a black suede one that came from my bianchi via condotti. I couldn't get on with the white rolls. It also has blue tape on(i can change to white if you'd prefer), a new shiney stem, and a new blue striped schwalbe tyre on the front.
I'll get some updated photos up tomorrow but aside from the saddle and dodgy bar tape, it pretty much as it looks here.

Sweet bike. Trying to rationalise me buying it but I'm just a bit too tall. Any chance of adding on 2cm on the seat tube? :)

Put the seat up hazelcar! The top tube is longer than the seat tube so its not tiny..
It really is a lovely bike, needs must..

I said it before and I'll say it again; that is stunning! I love that Gazelle blue and the Suntour group is something a little different. Certainly a good buy in my book.

If I didn't already have an almost identical late 70s model I'd be smashing the piggy bank. Lovely.

I'm in portsmouth. If anyone would like to come and have a look down here let me know or I'll be in putney on sunday if lovebox hasn't killed me. Just to clarify its a 53 frame(s-t), 55 t-t, so suits someone around 5.7-5.10.
I think 300 is cheap for such a good bike, a similar gazelle went for 500 on flea bay so 275 is a good price. Just to remind u the seat is now black anad the bar tape blue, although i can tape it up anyway u like(got more tape).
