Gipper with that budget you can buy a second hand small frame and then start building the bike with brand new bits. After that, when you get more money to spend on it you can swap for a better and new frame in the future and finally you´ll have a decent bike.
Is exactly what I´m doing now in my new project. I get a charge plug small frame because I love how it looks with some "trick" bits. I started changing the stem/bars/grips, pedals/straps, and saddle. I´m Changing one thing per month, so I don´t feel like I´m spending a lot of money.
I don´t know, maybe it could be a good strategy for you too. -

I have a leader 729 trick star in 51cm + charge scissor forks for sale
Hello - i am after a small or medium sized trick bike - anything considered - does not need to be pretty - Got around £350 mark to spend on it - what you got.
Parts also considered as quite happy to cobble together a rat bike for the time being.
