For Sale: Re-sale Dutch Bike £150

Bought this bike - no complaints at all about it but it turned out to be too big for the lady I bought it for so it's going back up for grabs. Here's the original sales pitch -

Dutch Bike for sale! Single speed, wheels trued by yours truly, dynamo (unconnected but wiring connected through frame all ok so could be rigged up to work easily if wanted), Coaster brake (pedal backwards to brake), mudguards etc... Actually very comfy to ride, nice town bike - £150 and she's yours!

No idea on make/age/weight but I got it up highgate west hill so it can't be too brutal. Although I did need (well.. want) a pint at the top.

From middle of bb to top of seattube is 22 inches /55 cm***

What was the height of the lady it was too big for?

5'3/4, with the saddle all the way down she was just a bit too much on tip toes when in the saddle.

Too big for my wife then....or should i replace her with a slightly bigger model?....hmmmm!.....ps lovely bike.

to clarify I meant 5'3 to 5'4 not five and three quarters.

Ok, this is getting really annoying now!

I arranged to meet BlackMath over 2 weeks ago now and he's all but disappeared off the radar!!

Have called and texted, emailed him a bunch of times, and he's been online recently and is simply ignoring my messages.

The bike is for a friend who recently had her bike stolen and is desparate to get back riding.

Has anyone dealt with him before?? Or know who or where he is??

I spoke to him once on the phone, and got one email reply saying he'd been locked out of his flat and his phone was inside so he couldnt access it.
That was over a week ago now!!

Really annoying as it's not for me and all I want to do is get the bike for my friend!!!!

yea they are, so long as they are this kind of condition and price they will run away (especially when the sun is out)

my mrs wants one

im going to holland soon and know the chap who owns the coach that does the trip. hes said i can bring back a couple at a time. so ill wait and see what happens
