2011-06-18 - Manchester: Envirolution- Spokes- Win a bike - Dr. Pimp

This Saturday -18th June in Platt Fields Park will be the first day of Team Green Britain Bike Week. We will be using the beautiful surroundings of the Eco Garden (at the top of the lake) to bring you a truly special event.

Btw folks this isnt just a bike event. you are all welcome to come and meet like-minded people

hoping to pop in, last years envirolution was small scale but well put together - esp the Eco house thingy outside.

Not keen on the "Eco event meets Team Green Britain so greenwashing over the other activities of Edf therefore everything is ok" message, however I heard Transition Chorlton have gone for similar so must be the happening thing in 2011.

Still, any means of getting free bits of plastic to give out, some publicity templates, and weblinks eh?

It'd be great to have a polo showcase- more the merryer -
