  • b&b/posh hostel or nice hotel for sat 1st and 2nd of july?
i've been a few times but dont know it well enough to find where to stay - anyone have any ideas? not thought of a budget as we were meant to be staying with friends but would rather a hotel than a hostel

  • Bournemouth

  • beach :/

  • Ask Pistanator, he loves Brighton!

  • Fuck it, all the lyrics apply

    Trudging slowly over wet sand
Back to the bench where your clothes were stolen
    This is the coastal town
That they forgot to close down
    Armageddon - come Armageddon!
    Come, Armageddon! Come!

    Everyday is like Sunday
    Everyday is silent and grey

    Hide on the promenade
    Etch a postcard :
"How I Dearly Wish I Was Not Here"
    In the seaside town
    ...that they forgot to bomb
Come, Come, Come - nuclear bomb

    Everyday is like Sunday
    Everyday is silent and grey

Trudging back over pebbles and sand
And a strange dust lands on your hands
    (And on your face...)
    (On your face ...)
    (On your face ...)
    (On your face ...)

    Everyday is like Sunday
    "Win Yourself A Cheap Tray"
Share some greased tea with me
    Everyday is silent and grey

  • Bell Boyyyyy!!

  • Aaarggh

Post got doubled and then deleted

London is a much better place to stay than that dilapidated shithole of a town

Brighton is like Weston Super Mare and makes me think of the lyrics above song

Everyday is like Sunday • Morrissey - YouTube

  • Hotel una

Stay there every time I go to brighton. Nice rooms and friendly staff. They keep the bar open ALL night if you ask nicely.

  • Hotel Peliroco

I stayed at Square Hotel for a wedding and it was pretty good, but got it for a cheap deal, so that may have swayed it. There's 'Hotel du Vin' as well, but probably a bit more pricey.

  • bookmarked, anymore recommendation? a couple here sound very good, but like to have one night with the "view".

  • Legends Hotel, apparently it has a great "view"

  • Cute, real cute, have some rep you cretin.

  • :p

  • If youre looking for budget:
Travelodge is right near the sea. And it has a great view...of the street. Dont know if you can see the sea though.

There's also a best western on the seafront.

2 non fancy hotels where you know what youre gonna get
