Wanted: Colnago Precisa fork - long steerer

Right, I'm having difficulty finding a Precisa with a long enough steerer for my headtube. I need a steerer of around 19.5cm... maybe its a long shot. All of the ones I have seen on ebay are either extortionate or with a very short steerer. Do any frame builders swap steerers? and If so does anyone know what sort of price this would be?

I know that this won't be any help, but I'm having the exact same problem. The steering tube of my forks, which I destroyed in an accident, is even a little bit longer, 20.5 cm exactly. I only started searching, but I'm already pretty sure that it will be very, very difficult to find this part...

I'd rather broken some bones in the accident than bending the forks...

Try Colnago_Costa or BLB as they have used steel forks.

Try Argos in Bristol for truly expert repairs - its going to cost though :-(

argos quoted me about 40/50 quid for a new steerer tube.....but it will damage the chrome a little.
