it's a way to carry a d-lock without it attached to the bicycle or the person riding it, all he have to do is give it to a midget to hold it for him while he ride.

Do you need a d lock if you've an angry midget standing guard?

Or are midgets considered Secondary Security only?

You know how hipster like to keep their bicycle 'clean', but refused to carry a lock, perhaps having the midget sitting on the front rack holding it like a tupperware would be a good solution.
