I currently work round the corner from here and a colleague reported that a cyclist had been hit but had no further information apart from it hadn't looked very very serious.

the lady suffered couple of fractures, but is otherwise okay

The lady who was hit is a Dr, and the Chair of the Royal College of Practitioners.
I think she had a lucky escape. The LCC went out and videod her after the collission, talking about why it is so important to make Blackfriars Bridge a better place for people:

That right turn is really dangerous, crossing 2-3 lanes of fast-moving traffic. The whole junction needs redesigning but 20mph would be a start. Please support next Wed's London Assembly Motion:
