Wanted: Full single speed build 58-59cm

hi.

a mate of mine is looking for a decent single speed bike. he's 6 foot, so around a 58-59 cm frame should suit him. his budget is £200 max. apart from that he's not been terribly specific, but i'm guessing he'd be after something fairly nice looking still (so no rat bikes/beaters please). raleigh, dawes, genesis, fuji, peugeot?
alternatively, a cheap-ish frame might be useful and i could help him get the bits needed for the full build.

yes, it's a bit vague but if you've got something like this lying around, please let me know.

Or how much do you think I could build a fixie for, baring in mind I have a racing frame knocking about with forks so don't worry about that part!
