My girlfriend isn't that tall, looking for a vintage ladies bike. How big is it? Are there any photos available? Thanks

Here's a link to photos of the bike.

A few details: it's a Saxon made in the late 30s/early 40s, not too big (around a 54/55cm) with 4-speed Sturmey gears (FW hub), North End bars (I think), 26x1 1/4 rims. It has an original Brooks Champion saddle, which unfortunately has had some kind of protective leather covering glued on to it. This can be removed with a bit of care. Pelissier Special caliper at the front, Formos caliper at rear. The story is that it was given a new coat of silver paint in the early 50s and as the photos show, it's now a bit untidy. It probably wouldn't be too difficult to respray properly. I haven't got round to cleaning it up - surface rust on chrome etc, bit of corrosion on the bars - but it rides really well. If I can set aside a couple of hours to grease everything and give it the wire wool treatment, I'll post a couple of "after" photos.
I have a ladies racing bike from the 30s/40s, which is complete and in good order. It was part of a job lot and I don't think I'll be using it, so get in touch for more details if you're looking for vintage.
