• Hi, got some stuff to sell on - nothing amazing i'm afraid just a bit of a clearout.

DMR Trailblade 2 forks - used for polo, disc only, couple of scratches but otherwise fine. Immense 8 inch long steerer! Awesome forks. £35 + postage, or collect from Birmingham.

Seatpost - a cheap seatpost I got from a cycle jumble, ok condition, needs a polish, single bolt clamp, says 25.8 diameter on it. £5 posted.

black 1 & 1/8 inch headset, this is a recessed one for fancy pants frames, came on some forks i got from ebay. Says 'TH Industries 45x45 ACB compatible w/campy' on it.

  • I'll probably be after a headset soon. Didn't win the walsall bike on ebay so going to grab Stu's frame and build it up cheap-as-chips. If there's any left by the time I have measured said frame I'll buy whichever one fits.

  • Does it have forks? All my headsets are threadless, Stu's green bike will be threaded. I'll have a look in the cupboard though....

  • What's the rake on those forks, n3il? Interested... Don't suppose you've got any v-brake bosses for them, do ya?

  • No V-brake bosses TS, you might be able to get some clamp on ones (these are 40 quid though).
I've been using a cable disc.

Don't know about rake, but the forks and steerer are a straight line so any rake would be down to the bmx style dropouts. If only i had a protracter!

  • Wait! Internets says :

    Fork Rake: 38mm

  • Cheers, dude, not quite what I'm looking for...

    Free bump...

I'm waiting on a reply about what exactly he's removing but probably wont have forks. In which case I suppose I could buy one of your headsets and get some threadless forks to match. Bit premature unfortunately. Sorry

  • Oh well. Perhaps you can get some bits at MG's garage sale thing.
