I'm moving out of my current place, just at the bottom of Victoria Park, just off Roman Road.

The flat is massive, high celling etc. My room is big - enough room for a whole sweet of bike. There's a south facing terrace.

Rent (exclusive of bills) is £555 per month. Deposit is around £390 (but I need to check).

There are 4 others in the flat, all nice, but quite busy so it's not a very communal house. Although when people are around it's social.
