Looking for a double room in South London, pref near brixton, dulwich or peckham. short or long term lease.

Would like to move in december, the closer to the 1st the better.

My budget is around £450 including essential bills(gas,electric,council tax,tv license,internet)

Still looking, need somewhere i can have my bikes inside my room.

Not overly fussed about location, just no estates or tower blocks.

Based in Lee, near Lewisham. How bikes have you got?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I only have 2 bikes but it's proving a problem convincing prospective house mates that it's not abnormal to keep bikes in your room or even inside.

Lewisham is probably a little further out than I'd want to stay long term but if I can't find anything in the next 7-10days I'd be interested in viewing for a short-term(1-2months) lease. Send me a PM if this is any use for you.

Looking for a room, £500 upper budget but might be tempted higher depending on the room.

Ideal locations would be Hackney Downs, Wick, Central, Stokey, Essex Road, Herne Hill, Brixton.
