  • Anyone fancy joining me on a Black Country (ish) ride on a Saturday afternoon sometime?

Meet at Cradley station, then head out through Halesowen towards Bromsgrove and then Clent. Lot's of nice country pubs on the way to choose from. The roads are quiet, smooth and fast!

Jump on the train from Snow Hill and come and visit this lovely horse with me and maybe my friend Tom (pictured)

  • If it's ends up happening on Saturday 4th I'll come along, got a break from exams that week.

  • I plotted the route out. It's about 20 miles all round. The nice stuff kicks in when you get out of Halesowen and into the countryside. With a nice pub stop in 'Bell End' (no really) and a stop to stroke Dave the horse too.

    Saturday 04th June

  • ah feck, what time? That's Get A Grip's new workshop open day.

  • I just re-read the posts and Stu can't make it either.. So now it's June 4th! 04/06 people!

  • Sweeeett, just emailing you now kid!

EDIT: lost your email? PM me.

  • Cheers for accommodating!

  • I should be able to make that, though it's my mum's birthday on the 6th so might end up doing stuff that day maybe (more likely the Sunday though).

  • Went to see Dave today. He was stoked as fuck when I told him everyone was coming over to see him.

  • What time you starting? Group train/ride to cradley anyone?

  • Might join this ride, then peel off to my fave Cafe in Clent and do some cheeky trails.

Thomas, no disrespect intended, but Stourbridge Junction train station puts you on the Clent Roads much faster and avoids Cradley Heaths awesomeness. Cough.

  • I live in that 'awesomeness'.. Plus you get to bomb down Haden Hill which is mucho fun!

  • Ha ha!! Few friends live there as well. Cannot say i am fond of the place, but then again..i live in smedrock so a hint of double standards.

They rob no smoking signs around here??

  • I was born and raised in Stourbridge, which admittedly is much nicer than Cradley. I hardly spend any time here to be fair. Just cheap rent ennit!

  • P.S - How does 11:30AM meet at Cradley Heath station sound to everyone?

  • Some cracking boozers up that way, tap house in lye see's me wobble home after a clent spree.. =)

  • P.S - How does 11:30AM meet at Cradley Heath station sound to everyone?

    Sounds good to me

  • DO WANT :P
im in on this ride too! :D
