Rode past this earlier male rider on a racing bike being attended to by police and ambulance just by first esso garage heading east

Man I hate that road but if you live North East it is the main artery to take into the country for training runs so have to use it. The bike lanes further up make no sense and if you don't use them loads of drivers take it upon themselves to give you shit for it or try to make a point of cutting you up on the lights.

Hope the guy is ok...

Bit of a dodgy junction that, in the middle of a particularly poor stretch of road. That part of LBR after junction with Hoe St when heading East seems to be riddled with turnings into and out of rat runs. I have had a few close calls along that.

Hope rider is ok.
