This frame is oozing quality, has great paint and a bargain price tag yet has not sold!??
Looking at the Geometry it is worth noting that there are no tyres and the rear wheel is right back in the dropouts.
Someone really could bag themselves a good un here imo.

Beautiful frame, though I don't think it's a Viner... Seems like a 'Cornelo'-connected frame again (suppossedly built by Colnago for a Belgium wholesaler in the early '80's - hence the nice type of lugs and the anonymous 'X'-engravings perhaps?)
Some more info came up in this thread:
http://www.lfgss.com/thread54720.html
I've got a very similar one, though with both Campa fork ends & drop outs:
Quality frame, feels light - don't have a clue which tubing it is though. I've seen ones with Columbus SL/SLX-decals and now one with 531; mine has none. Never seen the braze on for a race number on these frames before though.
Anyway, good buy either way!

Imo it´s no Viner frame origional. Think it looks more nice with a chromed fork (easy to find). Could be Cornelo but more Italian build frames have that crossings i found out.
Tubing.............. dont know but only good frames has the race number braze on.

I've got something similar, again with Viner decals and a 531 sticker, but the cross cutouts in the lugs suggest it's probably not a Viner. It's a lovely frame that rides beautifully so I suspect this would as well.
Mine takes a 27.2 seatpost which is a bit more consistent with Reynolds or Columbus tubing, no idea what 27.0 suggests tubing wise.
Good luck with the sale

A really nice frame which I'd definitely be interested in if I wasn't waiting on a frame coming back from the powdercoaters.
Have a bump.

still provisionally sold? If not i'm interested.
New old stock professional roadframe in silver colour (early respray) with lovely VINER Special decalls.
This quality frame is in a nice and unused condition. Only some very minor shopwear after a 90ties respray. The decalls are not original i guess but in lovely condition.
It has a lot of engravements like crossings and cut out lugs wich are nice red coloured. Nice extra features as braze on for race number on top tube and bridge in the rear fork. Rear dropouts are Campagnolo and front are Benotto stamped.
Seat Tube 56cm (c-t)
Top Tube 55cm (c-c)
Rear dropout width 126 mm
needs 27.0 mm seatpost
English (BSA) threaded bb
Comes with good working Shimano 600 headset.
Looking for 160,- pounds including postage to the UK. If you like i can combine a Shimano AX aero 27mm seatpost for 20,- extra (see last picture).
Any questions? Feel free to ask. Dibs and pm please.
Note: i'm only selling the frame with headset. Wheels shown on some pictures are not included!
