As an 'advisory' you *may *want to state a price, even if it is optimistic.
Accepting offers or bidding may be anti-productive to potential buyers.Anyway, all the best with the sale and you are welcome to ignore my comments.

hi pal, appreciate you are new to the forum but you should probably read this http://www.lfgss.com/thread21978.html before posting a bike for sale
its against forum rules to post without a price - cant do auctions here
however, pending telling us the size and price, i am interested in buying

oh ok, excuse me, i didn't know this.. I will edit the first post imediately

wow. imho you may struggle to get £1300...there have been some ridiculously good bikes going for around £500 in the last few weeks so peoples expectations may not match yours and not sure if the appetite for megabucks sales exists atm
that all said, love the frame. best of luck with the sale.

Unrealistic.

i dont think you'll get that kind of money around here. have a look at what has sold on the forum in the past and you will see that almost nothing sells for more then £600. for anything more try ebay or even marketplatz
do let us know when you post it so we can see what it will go for. goodluck. -

would you be interested in selling frame/fork, headset bb and maybe cranks?

Louis,
Preferably i'd sell the bike as on the pictures, next weekend it will go on Ebay like that Unless you can do a good bid for the bike without the wheels. I could take 350 EURO off the price without the wheels. -

Very nice bike!

Would be interested in front wheel if you decide to split.

colors are great on the frame.

Spent 3 years in Amsterdam and very familiar with the shop - but I never knew they used to make and sell bikes. Love the XXX decals. Very nice!

wishful thinking given it was posted 5 years ago - nice tho :)
I selling this unique Presto trackbike. I;m not exactly sure when this frame was build, but it was in the 70-80-ies, build by Jan LeGrand who was the framebuilder of the Amsterdambased bike-store- framebuilder PRESTO.
In the 90ies they stoped making the frames in their own factory and have them made in Italy. These kind of frames are not build for a long time and that makes this bike so unique.
It is a collectors item in a mint perfect condition.
The seat tube is 58 cm c-c
the top tube is also 58 cm c-c
I have it build with the following parts:
New Mavic Ellipse piste wheelset with flipflop threading
Campagnolo Pista 165 crancks.
New Thomson seatpost.
New Rolls ;eather seat.
Vintage, in mint condition, black Colnago stem(170mm)
Vintage, in mint condition, TTT Competition dropbars (40cm c-c) with black Colnago tape.
Campagnolo bottom bracket.
Campagnolo headset.
I will sell the bike as it is and not sell it in parts or without these parts.
Like you can see on the pictures the bike has some beautifull details and it is definately a piece of art in framebuilding.
As you might expect this bike wont be cheap, I am aiming to get at least 1300 GBP for this but am aiming more to 1700 GBP If someone here wants to make use of this chance to own this unique trackbike, let me know before i put it up on Ebay.
Cheers
