• For sale is my beloved Aende Lo-Pro which is in amazing condition. I'm moving house and buying a new roadie so sadly this has got to go :(

    **Provisonally sold complete

**Aende frame, equivalent to a standard 56 with 700c front and rear, beautifully fillet brazed and with a lovely pearlescent paint job. One or two tiny chips, no dents, no rust. This is a super tight clearance frame handmade by Pongo Braithwaite - a legend of U.K frame building who sadly passed away in 2007. Due to the 700c front and rear this frame is actually really comfy to ride - the current position is only 1 /12 inches lower than the tops of my road bike. £225

Dura Ace 7600 cranks (minus chainring), 7600 BB and 7600 headset, Awesome condition, virtually bloody new. Selling these hurts the most I think. I am disappoint. £200 for the lot

Rear is a White Industries Eno hub laced 32 x to a DT Swiss RR1.2 with the splined White Ind 18t cog (£37 new). It's bombproof, spins forever and has never seen a brake. This, along with everything else, has done maybe 300 miles. So pretty much new. Cost £265 all up.....yours for £170

Front is a Dura Ace hub laced 36 x to a Mavic CXP14, a rare and beautiful rim. Again, in near new condition - see the photos. £110

**The rest of the bits are not for sale just. I have heaps more stuff to add and will get it up over the next few days.

Collection only please - SW6 days or SW11 evenings

  • Sorry for your loss! Shes nice. Out of interest what pedals are they. i know they arnt included I just wondered. Cheers!

  • Time ATAC. From before NASA started designing them.

  • How tall are you? I thought you'd be riding a 58 or so when I met you.

  • 6' 32" inseam I could probably go to 57/58 easily enough but 56 seems comfy. I'll do some proper measurements of it and post them up, although like I said when it's up against my 56 it's pretty much the same.

  • i like

  • That is a very nice thing.

  • More photos added.

  • Maybe interested in the rear if you split.

  • I'll be splitting it Monday. Snowy has first refusal on the rear though.

  • I'll relieve you of the pedals if and when you do split.

  • I'll be keeping these pedals, although may have some normal Aliums for sale?

  • Sunday night I can't be arsed splitting price drop £750.

  • aarrgghh, I'm desperately trying to persuade myself I can't have this! But, I ride with top of saddle 75 cm from centre of BB and an effective top tube length of 56cm is about ideal - is this a good match?

  • In the photo above the top of the saddle is 76cm from the centre of the bb and the tt is 57cm, so my answer would be..........yes.

Buy it. You will live a life filled with self hate and regret if you don't.

  • I already have that life of self-hate and regret without buying it.
That's not a recommendation for the life.

Lovely bike. Dibs frame if you split. ;^)

  • Monday split time.

  • 2nd Dibs on the frame if you split..

  • if you split..

    See post # 17...

    Sorry if I missed something.

  • Mine was a facetious dibs because of the no dibs and no splitting in the op. Hilarity.

I can't afford or justify it right now.

  • So sad youre selling this...

  • Me too but I just can't justify having it. I have put a deposit on a new roadie that I now need to pay for... I'm selling the Concorde as well. Sad days

  • youre becoming a roadie?! Youre loosing your hipsterness???

Such a beautiful bike AND now you want to sell the Concorde???

What is this world coming too!

  • I'm not sure if I ever had any hipsterness to speak of. I don't wear glasses, can't grow a proper moustache and am not colour blind...

I'll still have the Roberts for a bit of fixeh cred

The more I think about it the more I want to keep it as it took ages to get the bits together. What do you think a PDM team Concorde with a full DA group is worth? If I can get a good price for that I might be able to keep this puppy.

  • Youll have to ask the wider community as i have no idea sadly.
