do the rims have a braking surface?

Pechacheli...if you check out the link you can see that there is no aluminium braking surfaces. However, i´ve been using the same rims on another wheel set for over a year and I´ve had no problems using brakes with them, the anodising is still there.

Jonny...strength wise its fine. I wouldn´t use them for DH racing, but for the road there wont be any problems. I through in some tires and inner tubes for free as well :)

The wheels are still available and I´m throwing in some tires and tubes for free. The tires are Continental GP4000s...awesome amounts of grip
