go to bike shop, get cardboard bike box.
then bubble wrap frame etc to prevent chips and attach wheels to frame with tape so dont move about.

Ive got a bike box, padding and dropout things you can have

Get a courier to pick it up and deliver it. Make sure nothing is going to move around inside the box. Had some paint ruined in the past from pedals bouncing about.

Sent a frame & forks today with interlink direct
Managed to get it into a box just under 1 metre long by removing forks and seatpost which seems to keep price down
next day delivery was under £14 and I got a £5 voucher code FDC5
not used em personally before but they seem a more legit than Yodel etc.
might be worth a look for anyone in the market.
