"Condition/This track frame has a few chipped paint spots but is otherwise in great condition overall. Also, even though this frame bears an NJS stamp, for those that don't know, Vivalo has lost their NJS approval for the time being.

big man, if your friend wants 1300 he'd best split and even then he'd be lucky, thats brand new prices.
Best bet is to part out, otherwise drop the price by at least a third...
