650 wheels

I've seen a frame i like and it takes 650c wheels,and being a newbie to road bikes etc are 90's 650c wheels difficult to get hold of?Or can you still get decent non carbon ones now,cheers

Check ebay or get yourself one built. Rims that come in 650c to look at are Mavic Open Pros and CXP33, Velocity Deep V, H Plus Son and I'm sure there are many more out there. Google is your friend, but yes, there are penty out there.
