    Cheers,

    Alastair.

  • Like it, £350..?

  • may hold out for a bit more, thanks for the offer. If nothing comes up ill message you

  • ebay >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

  • ebay?

  • [puppy_killer.jpg]

  • fair enough, can pay cash & could collect this wkend..?

  • was there anything in the budget the other day about cutting hipster tax?

    apparently not...

  • Nothing about cutting your teeth out either.

  • [Edit] Ignore me.

  • What do you mean auction house?
Who do you think you are.
    Some people are so rude.
This is a classifieds section, people are allowed to offer a price.
    Not gonna give it away.
I respect 350 and will consider it highly.

  • here we go...

  • I misread the original post and missed that you had put in a price.

  • Oh right, sorry.

  • i was worred when i first saw pictures, but actually the price isn't anything offensive, certainly less than it would cost to build the bike if you asked a LBS to do it for you.

  • It takes 27'' wheels yet you put 700c wheels in interesting. would have been better putting some nice 27'' wheels in with gum wall tyres would have looked a lot nicer and tighten up the clearances.

  • Nothing about cutting your teeth out either.

So it's not that bad bike / price. This is a bit off though innit ^

  • Like the paint job. Where was it powder coated?

  • Nothing about cutting your teeth out either.

I had no idea that Frankie Fraser was riding fixed...

With the greatest of respect, I know some comments might appear to be a little harsh (as far as you're concerned) but do you really think we were born yesterday?

  • there have been much more offensive prices on here for far worse things, but the reason people are jumping at this one mate is because for the money, there have been better "equipped" bikes for sale, £400 for a bike that doesn't have a track chainset and instead has a modded triple is a little steep methinks

  • A local guy sprayed it for me, Ford metallic bronze.

I quite like the 700cs on it, gives it more presence, and outlines the frame dimensions.
The white rims and black tyres stand out and removes the supposedly "massive" clearance.

When you have spent a long time making something, and after 5 minutes of it being made public someone offends, i think you'll find a) makes a potential buyer think again and b) offends the person who has built it. There should be no ill suggestions or bad comments, just offers and interest.

Hope you all agree who weren't born yesterday.

This is the internet. Deal with it.

Incidently, how long have you been on here?

Yeah, but a track chainset...........£40 for a cheap lasco, stronglight vs. a high quality truvativ component with shimano ring..... think again.

    Plain guage?

    No silly suggestions

OK, here's a sensible one. Split it. You're at least 3 years behind getting a good price for that build, nobody in their right mind is going to keep those wheels with that frame. Any potential buyer is going to be factoring the loss on selling those wheels and buying some proper ones into their offer.

  • i thinkkingcutter is right, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mpaPBCBjSVc
is def in order. £350 is plenty for that bike.
