Wanted: Wheel with pedal-brake hub that's 0-geared?

Thrust

I had a little run in with a car and damaged my shoulder and arm and can't put any force on it for a good period of time. So now I'm converting my beater into a footie.

So, anyone got any wheels, or hubs for sale? Anything of interest really as long it's in working order and doesn't cost me an arm. (pun intended)
