We have a double room going at Grobag Towers again. Available from April 9th.
Whoever moves in will be sharing with myself and 2 others.
It’s a converted warehouse in Hackney Wick (E3), in the Old Peanut Factory.
The room is unfurnished and approx 14' 6"x 11' 6".
There is a wide hallway with tons of space for bikes. The place has a big open plan kitchen and living area, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.
It’s a few minutes’ ride to Victoria Park, 15 minute ride to Old Street. We’re not far from Hackney Wick overground station and Bow Road, Mile End and Whitechapel tubes (and East London Line) and the number 8 (24hr) bus stop are walkable.
We're ideally looking for a couple as it's a couple who currently rent it so it would be nice to keep numbers the same, but as it's short notice we will also consider solo Renters.
It's a months rent plus a months deposit to move in, on a rolling contract (so just need a month’s notice if you want to move out).
