Visiting family near Sunderland this weekend and I need a new lid.

Owing to a deceptively large skull I am keen to go somewhere that has a lot of choice/stuff to try on so I don't gotta mess about with mail order stuff that don't fit proper.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I don't know if they'll stock cane creek bearings, but it is a big shop with lots of stock in general.

had the exact same trouble - no shops in newcastle (didn't try evans though) did, and each said the same thing - best bet is the internet if you're after a complete bearing.
i botched and just bought loose bearings.
