Hi all

I'm going to be away for April so I thought about subletting my room.

The room is available from 1.04 - 28.04 (though I'm slightly flexible on the arrival date)

You would be sharing the flat with 2 friendly male students, both into bikes.

FLAT DETAILS
Room has double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of draws, large window with access to roof which is very nice to sit on!
Kitchen with cooker, fridge, washing machine, ironing board. Internet WI-FI.
Large living room
Garden
Bathroom with bath, shower and WC

TRANSPORT
2 min walk from Deptford Station (10 minutes to London Bridge, 15 to Charing Cross/Cannon Street)
5 min walk to Deptford Bridge DLR (15 minutes to Canary Wharf)
10 min walk to New Cross overground (25 minutes to Dalston Junction)
Buses going from outside the flat to Oxford Circus, Shoreditch, Liverpool street, Greenwich.

LOCAL AREA
Fruit and veg markets, Deptford flea market, pubs and bars within walking distance. Greenwich is 10 minutes walking distance.
