Try tyres for kid bikes, trailers, etc. Or treadless BMX.
I can't offer you some, but these tyres are not rare. -

Which 20"? There are two...
451 and 408 or something.

There's these 35mm whitewalls from SJS: http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/schwalbe-hs166-rigid-road-tyre-black-white-500-x-35a-%2837-440%29-pre-2011-prod12883/
I've decided to get my shopper wheels rebuilt with 451 rims rather than scrape around for 500A tyres. It wont be 100% original any more, but I'll have a bit of choice, instead of relying on a single supplier and tyre. 28mm Duranos should be a bit quicker too.

Did I sell you that shopper? I once sold one on here ages ago...

No, this is my sisters old one from way back. It's a Royal Enfield Revelation, which was a rebadged Vindec, apparently.
I've got new silver rims now, and will be dropping them into Arup for rebuilding, once I've serviced the SA 3 speed. It's more of a long term project so it'll be a while before it comes out on a ride.
Anyone have any to offer me?
Preferably 20 x 1.75 more slick than knobbly.
Thanks!
