RD's have been cleaned up, jockey wheels taken apart and re-lubed

STI shifters are 8 speed and work with both RD's, I think the ST-6400 is an exception to the rule of interchangeability betweem pre 1997 DA/rest of Shimano line

fully working, I think via condotti dibbed them, waiting to hear back. would like to sell them this evening and then post tomorrow
