who likes him? come on own up

Don't necessarily like the man, but I do admire the fact that he sat down and wrote a very successful sitcom. It might not be to everyone's taste, but it was pretty funny in places and I reckon it'll stand the test of time, to an extent. I didn't love Royal Family, but it was a comedy for a generation and I reckon Gavin and Stacey was a series of that ilk.
I think Corden is a bit of a fat gobshite, but if I'm honest I don't know how well I'd brush up i the media spotlight, so fair play to the bloke.

He's not someone truly loathsome like Piers Morgan, is he?

I don't dislike him. I don't have an automatic +/- for everyone. His writing seems good, and his acting in some stuff is ok. He is not Piers Morgan, so thats ok. He's successful, thats his problem. people here don't like that.

Seems like we all secretly love him.

I hope that he writes a comedy film as a vehicle for him and matthew horne, and it is slightly less of a commercial and critical success than he had hoped.
