Wanted: 60cm Beater frame

I'm after a 60cm beater/cheap bike or frame to build up for a tall guy at work.
At this point, anything will do, WHY?

I have a Raleigh Richmond full bike .It is a large frame (too large for me).

Collection from Hersham (25 MINS FROM Waterloo).
