Determined to learn to ride that mini quarter down at Eaton over summer though.

You got a car. My bud Chris and I went to Lowestoft outdoor park. That puts Eaton to shame. Should head out there one week day.

Hey Mark,
We have a bit of a BMX track in the park behind our house, but best of all it's adjecent to Lionwood. The gullies and slopes have been great fun on my MTB and crossover; maybe suitable for a bit of BMXing?

Yeah - up for that. The plan is to take a month off over summer and get in as much riding as my body can handle. A couple of trips to wales and gonna hit chicksands a few times too if anyone is into that and wants a lift.

Where's this? I've been fed up with not being able to get to Thetford recently. Have been heading to Mousehold and the UEA fairly regularly, but always looking for other spots.

Fridays BMX session was fuckin dope! Got shit done street style. Dom n Chris got smacked in the face when we got cornered by 4 little cunt charvers. Probably gonna remove the "chavs suck" sticker from my bike. Been nothing but a bad luck charm.
Anyone know where we can find a decent bit of waste ground? Gonna build up a ghetto park ready for the summer.

I think this is in Woodrow Pilling Park off Harvey Lane in Thorpe St. Andrew. It backs on to Lionwood woods (which are good for a bit of off roading as well).
BTW this is my first post in the Norwich section so hello all; just signed up to this forum a few days ago.

Hi hi! I dont really do racing, dirt or off road on my BMX. Pretty much street and park for me.
-

Yes, that's the one.
Car parking off Harvey lane or Pilling Park road.
I now live on and have relocted my workshop to Pilling Park road: Our garden backs on to both the park and the top end gully of Lion wood (the BMX track is directly behind our house).
So if your ever up there and need to do running repairs or want a cuppa, etc give me a shout.

You've moved your workshop? How come?
Will take a look at that track when I get a day off.
And hello to JDP.

My range of two wheel long loaders can't compete price wise with the cheap and inferior Chinese imports: http://cargocycling.org/2010/10/the-big-china-rip-off.html being retailed for lower than what I could build.
So I am concentrating on the custom build industrial pedal powered trucks, Bicycle to tricycle conversions, Pallet wrecking bars, Race car roll frames, and animal related products: Bactrian and Dromedary Camel Saddles, Mule and Llama pack frames, and Elephant Howdahs (I kid you not) amongst other things.

We were talking about bikes earlier Sparks. This is Pats with extended bars. S&M Dirtbike circa 2000! Done to virtually the exacting standards it used to be!

Nice. Where do I get one?

Has anyone got an email address for Pat? Have an idea for something that I'm looking to get someone to make, wanted to see what he thought.
-
• #23
We could go over to his one evening if you like?
