I built a bike for my sister for that exact price recently... might be more fun and personal if you build it yourself? That almost sounds like a dig, it isn't meant to be at all...

It will take a bit of hunting though...

It would be nice to build one but I just dont have them time,and she needs one as soon as for work.

Phew... ha.
I bought a frame from Hilary for around 75, small decent frames can be hard to come by...
Oh actually, PM Hilary, there is a beautiful little pink track bike in a thread somewhere for 300, buy that and switch the fixed cog for a freewheel...
I wish it had been around when I was building my sisters bike!
