mastershredder rollercoaster ride

Proposed date: sun 27th (sun after beers)
Proposed time: 11? (it is Sunday)
Proposed plan: ride ride ride to Earlswood lakes and yonder...apparently it's a rollercoaster ride.

It is plenty of notice and fairly loose to try and suit as many peeps as possible. I suppose saying do not troll this thread is like asking everyone to troll this thread though...

@ Nelson - not decided yet, depends on how achy I feel on the day. Think a few people will ride gears.

Tempted to troll this thread but i had to say...its 'rollercoaster road' ride people, rollercoaster road. Wasn't planning on putting it on here and making it an official ride. I don't have the ETAs, estimated wind speeds, etc needed to ride my bike with other people.

Its a 20-30mile ride. gears or fixed/ss is fine. its a ride to rollercoaster road, not up and down the whole time.

I'm up for this as a nice shortish social ride, some hills, some sprints, some chatting as we go... not too excited about racing this distance.

If I've understood correctly I think 4andy and s.hill are talking about racing rollercoaster road but not the whole ride. Is that right? I've done this ride with them before.

whoever wants to race rollercoaster road feel free (I might be down for this) but I dont want to race the 30miles. a social ride is what this is.

As usual it all got confusing, like you mentioned earlier, it's pretty much the way it is on forum 26 that things will get odd

Mind if I join you? 20-30 miles sounds like a good distance for me having only probably done about 15 before and I'll be with gears, or am I making a rookie error?
