Wanted: BMX parts for a budget build

Hello all,

I'm putting together my brothers first BMX, he's only 12 so doesn't need anything super flash yet. I'm using one of my old frames and spare parts to put soemthing cheao but solid together.

To finish the build I need -
- front wheel
- rear wheel
- cranks - must be 3piece with a 19mm axle
- chain ring
Obviously don't want to spend a fortune but parts need to be fairly solid.
Whats everyone got?

I've got some old solid chain rings, they'll be fairly large ones though, and not very light either. If you're interested PM me and I'll dig them out and take some photos
