For Sale: Colnago Batavus frame 59cm

Early 90ties BATAVUS PROFESSIONAL FRAME+ FORK resprayed with COLNAGO decals.

Comes with Stronglight headset.

A high quality Professional frame mostly made of Columbus SL tubing by Batavus, later resprayed with original Colnago and Columbus SLX decals.

This good looking frame is in a nice but used condition. Some chips, and small scratches ofcourse but no dents or rust. As you can see there is a chip of the blank vernis on the headset (hard to see). It has all marks of the Batavus Professional frames like Campagnolo chromed drop outs, braze on for competition number and rear brake cable through top tube.

i think this would have long gone if the decals just said betavus, its clearly not a real 'nago (though a wicked cool paint job)

are they outside the lacquer?

i think £110 is a really fair price for this frameset fyi.

Lovely bike great price - have a bump.

I have a Bat Pro in SLX. If anyone out there has any concerns on that score I can confirm that all the braze ons etc are exactly the same as mine.

if it were suitable for track use i'd take it - and probably pay 3x times that for the privilege!
