its a pivitol seat, there an alan key bolt in that hole its how it attacthes to the seat post- completley different design to a railed seat.

if our not interested in buying anything dont comment and mock everything im selling. surely you have something better to do!!! and the sprocket just needs a sand down and paint. the previous owner of the hub held it with maul grips to get the old freewheel off whe he replaced it, thats where the marks came from.
