For a 7 speed with double front.

Does anybody have anything fairly cheap (maybe someone is upgrading :-), and with the gear cables and cable stops too if possible. Ta

Is it for double up front. does it include levers and rear block. (cables and stops by any chance)?

Ok, I've bitten the bullet and bought some 7spd shifters, can't be dealing with changing the whole group at the moment, however i am now after 1 little thing if someone can help.

Cheapy cheap little cable stops. Shimano, or anything really so i can hook up my STI's.

Also, if anyone has the cables and outers going spare, that would be much appreciated too! (its a not spend too much project to get me riding a bit more in this hillier part of the world) Over the years, i have thrown so many away... infact i even threw away the exact shifters i have just bought!
